ThinkCamp is a service of Pearce Williams Summer Camp & Retreat Facility (PW) to the larger camp community.

PW believes that we are stronger as a camping community when we talk, share, and learn together.

Change is all around us and camp gatherings help us to ground ourselves and understand better how camping can respond to and be part of making the world a better place.

ThinkCamp (since 2007) is the evolution of the Ontario Camp Leadership Workshop and the ideals it embodied.
ThinkCamp 2026
When: Tuesday, November 24 - 4:00 pm to Friday, November 27 - 11:00 am
Where: Pearce Williams Camp & Centre, 8009 Iona Road Fingal, ON
Cost: $150 - includes meals & accommodations (Tues 4pm - Friday 11am)
ThinkCamp is a gathering for camp professionals who want real conversations about what’s happening in camping right now.
No keynotes. No panels. No long PowerPoints. Every session comes from the people in the room. Sit with other camping professionals and talk shop.

You’ll arrive with a few topics and/or ideas you care about—things you’re wrestling with or excited to share. Together, we’ll shape the schedule, dive into small-group talks, and build practical insights we can take back to our camps.

ThinkCamp is about connecting, listening, and learning from each other. Whether you’re new to camping or have been around for decades, your voice matters here.
Bring your curiosity, your experience, and your willingness to share.
Come for the entire event (preferred) or stay for as long as you can. You are only charged per meal.
Internet and workspace available to do the business of your site from our site.
