We know the summer of 2022 will be different than the last time we ran camp. We know that we can make it awesome and bring campers and families back to this place they call home.

My name is Joe Richards, I am the guy who plays guitar at chapel here at Pearce Williams. I am also the person in charge of making sure Pearce Williams is here long term to serve our community and help create a magical camp experience for staff and campers.

I want to focus on making Pearce Williams better.
I want to focus on making our staff team better.
I want to focus on growing our staff.
I want to make sure that Pearce Williams contributes to our community.
I want to train our staff on new skills - both for camp & for life.
I want you to help grow camp.

I want you to join our staff team and feel a greater emotional attachment to Pearce Williams.

I want to give you the feeling of community.

I want you to create community and share the message of camp with others.

I want you to love Pearce Williams more than you ever have.

I want you to think about what makes camp special to you.

I want you to become self-directed and to do things that will benefit camp long-term.
I want you to become a better person.
I want you to learn from others.
I want you to discover yourself - your true self.

If you join us this summer, you will be asked to do work and you will be asked to come ready to learn.
You will be asked to do things that you don’t want to do, and you will learn to do them because they help us grow.
You will be frustrated.
You will be challenged.

30 people.

One summer.

Building the future for Pearce Williams.

“Because of camp I get to surround myself with people, staff and campers alike, that inspire me every single day. These people have also allowed me to discover myself, and to grow into the best me I can be.”

“I feel like even though I was mature before camp I feel even more mature now. The way I look at people, respond to things, and deal with stress has changed and I think that’s because how I grew this summer!”

“Because of camp I am able to get in front of any crowd and feel relaxed. I have been able to grow in confidence, and can firmly say that I know what I want to do with the rest of my life.”
