Outdoor Education 
at Pearce Williams!

Outdoor education at Pearce Williams Summer Camp helps bring classroom learning to life in a fun, hands-on way for students in Grades JK–8. Our programs support key areas of the Ontario curriculum, including science, STEM, physical education, and environmental learning, all while building teamwork and confidence. Teachers choose from a variety of engaging sessions, and the Pearce Williams team can work with you to adjust activities so they fit the topics your class is currently studying and the goals you have for your students.

What We Offer:

  • Programming dates

    • Weekday programs available from May 25, 2026, to June 26, 2026.​

    • Programs run rain or shine, with schedules adjusted to your arrival and departure times (sample day 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.).​

  • Group size and capacity

    • Ideal for groups of 20–100 students.​

    • Schools bringing fewer than 80 students may be paired with another school, with a maximum of 100 participants on site for the day program.​

  • Daily schedule

    • Welcome and introductions on arrival, followed by 4 activity blocks and a lunch break.​

    • Teachers pre-designate student groups and choose sessions in advance; camp staff run the programming for each group.​

  • Cost

    • $28 per student for a full-day program.​

    • No cost for teachers and parent/guardian chaperones.​

  • Supervision and responsibilities

    • Pearce Williams staff are responsible for planning and delivering safe, high-quality activities throughout the day.​

    • Teachers and parent/guardian chaperones are responsible for student supervision and behaviour management at all times, including during activities, transitions, and lunch.

    • Choose a weekday between May 25 and June 26, 2026, and confirm your approximate number of students (20–100).​

    • Fill out the Day Program Package and Session Selection form with school information, program goals, and your chosen sessions, then return them to the office.
