The Roberta Bondar Program
Melody Walker
Today was a wet and rainy day but it did not drown the spirits of anyone at Pearce Williams.

Many of our programs needed to be switched out today to go with the weather, however today was still a ton of fun. We participated in archery, forts, crafts and many other things. We also had a presentation about the Duke of Edinburgh program.
One thing that we have been doing throughout the summer here at Pearce Williams is the Roberta Bondar program.Through this program campers learn photography skills in which they discover nature through. See nature through another lens. Today we got some incredible pictures for the rain was able to hold off for part of the session and raindrops just simply look pretty on everything nature.
Our color wars competition has continued with a classic round of monster tag. This activity involves strategy. Yellow did very well in this activity however blue is still ahead with 13 points while yellow has only 8. It is still anyone's game and we will have a lot more competitions soon.
Check back tomorrow to see how the teams are doing and how the weather may play into our day.
