Today we had visitors at camp!
Today we had a group of pilgrims from across Canada visit Pearce Williams today! Fifteen of the visitors were youth representing their region in this exploration across the regions. Each had their own story to share on why they have joined this group and what benefits they see coming out of this adventure.
Campers enjoyed speaking to our visitors and asked some amazing questions. Everyone was very inclusive.
The pilgrims went and visited our world camp as well as join us at chapel. At chapel they explained to us exactly who they were and what they were doing. They tried their hardest to learn all of our chapel songs extremely fast. The pilgrims also joined us for sessions of lunch. Campers were extremely excited to see new faces to talk to. They enjoyed playing competitive minute-to-win-it games against them as well as teach them how to make friendship bracelets.
We thank the pilgrims for coming to Pearce Williams and wish them a wonderful journey!
Check back on the blog tomorrow!
